The Orchard
Our humble orchard is in its first stages. We have approximately 500 fruit trees as of now. In the near future we plan to plant more trees in order to have about 1000 fruit trees in total.

Sugar Shack
Our sugar bush consists of 3,000 taps, with a possibility of 5,000 taps. In 2002-2003, we installed a pipeline system with sap extractor, a vacuum pump and a reverse osmosis along with a syrup filter press. Our evaporator is a conventional wood fired arch type.
